ESSA is the only non-profit association in Europe that has been committed to the interests of shoeshine boys since 2016. ESSA members help each other so that colleagues can do their best in their efforts to meet the highest standards in their day-to-day work. As a mouthpiece to the public and to companies, we effectively represent our interests.

Shoeshine boys around the world often work alone. We are connected by an old craft, the love for shoes & leather and the drive to use the best techniques to make shoes look even better, to maintain their longevity and to delight our customers.
